1. About HMZ Silk Factory
HMZ Silk Factory is a fourth-generation Banarasi weaving family based in Varanasi, India. We offer Banarasi sarees and traditional textile products through our website.
2. Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including their images, colors, designs, fabrics, measurements, and descriptions.
As our products are traditionally woven and may involve handcrafted processes, slight variations in color, texture, weave, motif placement, or appearance may naturally occur. Such variations are a characteristic of handwoven products and should not automatically be considered a defect.
3. Product Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Product prices, discounts, offers, and promotions may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed on the website at the time the order is successfully placed.
4. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required for order processing and delivery.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through email or other contact details provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations such as:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Incorrect customer information
- Other genuine operational reasons
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the circumstances of the cancellation.
5. Payments
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Online payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.
HMZ Silk Factory does not directly store complete debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking credentials.
6. Shipping
We currently provide shipping across India.
Where free shipping is offered, eligible orders are delivered without a separate shipping charge.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on the customer’s location, courier partner, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Cancellation, Return & Refund
Returns are available within 7 days of delivery for eligible issues, including:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Different color received than the color ordered
- Different design/product received than the one ordered
- Eligible size or measurement-related issues
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return courier charges for an approved return.
All returns are subject to verification and inspection.

8. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and checkout, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Complete shipping address
- Other information required to process the order
HMZ Silk Factory will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Any activity carried out through a customer’s account may be treated as being authorized by that customer unless the customer informs us of unauthorized access.
